The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank body. In a vacuum state, the tank body is heated by introducing heat transfer oil or hot water into the jacket, and the heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank body. The water vapor or other gases evaporated from wet materials after absorbing heat are extracted through a vacuum pump and a vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the continuous up and down, internal and external flipping of the material caused by the rotation of the tank, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, and the drying rate is increased to achieve uniform drying.

Note: For materials with significant volume changes before and after drying, the loading coefficient can be appropriately increased or decreased, and the large loading volume should not come into contact with the bottom of the vacuum tube.
The motor can be equipped with a variable speed motor according to user requirements, with a speed range of 0-6rpm; The above technical parameters are calculated based on a material specific gravity of 0.6g/c m3. If it exceeds this limit, it must be raised when placing an order; If the user needs a pressure vessel certificate, they need to request it when placing an order; If the inner liner material is made of enamel glass, it needs to be specified when placing an order; If the material is flammable and explosive, it must be clearly stated when ordering, otherwise its use is strictly prohibited.

  Ordering Notice

There are two forms of heating: hot water heating and heat transfer oil heating.
Please indicate the temperature that the material can withstand or the operating temperature of the dryer when placing an order, so that our factory can select or provide a heat source for you.
When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design a "copying board" structure inside the tank.
The accessories involved in the vacuum drying system can be provided and installed by our factory for users. Please specify in the order.
